Most orders dispatch within 2 business days from our Mumbai atelier. Delivery within India is typically 3–6 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.

Yes. Every Adamis piece can be embossed with up to four characters in gold, silver, or blind, free of charge. Choose your initials at checkout — your piece is embossed by hand before it leaves the atelier.

All Adamis bags carry a lifetime warranty on construction. We will repair stitching, edge work, and hardware for as long as you carry the piece. Reach out at orders@adamis.in.

Yes — please call our atelier on +91 9833449272 or email orders@adamis.in. Orders that have not yet shipped are refunded within two working days. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

We ship across the UK, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, the Middle East, Australia, and Nepal, in addition to India. Available shipping options will appear at checkout.

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Condition with a neutral leather balm once a quarter. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sun, rain, or heat sources. The leather is meant to age — that is the point.

Yes — within 14 days of delivery, on items that have not been monogrammed. Monogrammed pieces cannot be exchanged for a different design but are still covered by our lifetime warranty on construction.
