These Terms govern your use of adamis.in. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Pricing & currency: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST.

Order acceptance: An order is confirmed only when we send a confirmation email. Until then, we reserve the right to decline an order — for example, where stock is unexpectedly unavailable.

Personalisation: Monogrammed orders cannot be cancelled or returned for a different design once embossing has begun.

Warranty: Adamis bags carry a lifetime warranty on construction; this covers stitching, edge work, and hardware. The warranty does not cover normal patina, damage from neglect, or alterations performed outside our atelier.

Intellectual property: The Adamis name, monogram, and product designs are the property of Rasulbhai Adamji & Sons.

Governing law: The laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai.
