We repair what we make, for as long as you carry it.
The lifetime warranty covers — stitching, edge-paint, hardware, lining, strap and handle attachments, and any defect in construction. There is no charge.
It does not cover — damage from neglect, misuse, animal claws, or alterations performed outside our atelier. Patina, mellowing, and the soft creases of use are not damage; they are the mark of a piece that has been carried.
To request a repair — bring the piece to our flagship at 48 Colaba Causeway, or write to repairs@adamis.in with photographs and a brief note on what's amiss. We will quote shipping (we cover return shipping in India) and turnaround. Most repairs are returned within three weeks.
Refurbishment — for pieces older than twenty years, we offer a full refurbishment service: edge-paint refresh, hardware re-burnish, lining replacement, and a deep condition. This is a paid service, quoted per piece.
Re-monogramming — initials change, families grow. We will overstitch or re-emboss your monogram once, free.
The piece you carried for twenty years should carry for forty more.
