Returns & repairs
We repair what we make.
We want every Adamis piece to feel right in your hands. If something does not, here is how returns work.
Return window: 14 days from the day of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and uncrease — leather, like fabric, retains the marks of use, and we cannot resell pieces that have been carried.
Monogrammed pieces: Cannot be exchanged for a different design. They are still covered by our lifetime warranty on construction.
How to start a return: Email orders@adamis.in or call +91 9833449272 with your order number. We will arrange a pickup within 48 hours where possible.
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
Repairs: We repair what we make, for as long as you carry it. Bring the piece to our flagship at 48 Colaba Causeway, or email us — we will quote shipping and repair time.
